Bivol - Beterbiev is actually the best fight in boxing right now

When did we the last time have two top 10 p4p guys fighting?

Oh, Crawford -Spence. Before that Haney -Loma? Was Loma top 10 entering the fight, I don`t remember.

So, everything is clear, it is the best fight in boxing right now. Even more because they are from the same weight class.

Crawford/Spence was bigger, they were actually in top5 P4P. Bivol/Beterbiev are not on most people's P4P lists. Haney-Loma was big, but not nearly so. Size disparity and Loma's losses brought the fight down.

Bivol/Beterbiev is absolutely the best fight right now. Bivol is riding high after beating up Canelo, and is undefeated. He's rarely looked bothered by anything. I'd say that Bivol has never been tested yet.
Beterbiev has knocked out everyone he has fought. He's undefeated as well, and has several terrific wins. His demolition of Callum and Gvozdyk were very impressive.

Crawford - Spence was bigger commercially because they're both overhyped Americans. Hence Spence still being on US P4P lists (along with Gervonta Davis) despite not having a win in nearly two years. Spence is more like Fury in that he gets out of shape and is a joker outside the ring - and he even admitted as much.

So I agree with OP. From a purists point of view, this is the best fight in boxing in a long time. Two undefeated, dedicated athletes who are the obvious #1 and #2 in their weight class. Can't wait.

Its a great fight I can wait its the best now that we have for sure, probably the only fight that could knock it off would be Benavides vs Canelo, or Canelo vs Crawford, like it or not Canelo is still the face of boxing.
