I seriously doubt the guy who punches people in the balls, defames his dead promoter, launches a calculated attack against ggg because everyone knew he ducked ggg as confirmed in court documents, thinks he's entitled to easy fights as confirmed in court documents, and pretends to be a godly man cares about anyone else but it's a nice idea

He was hitting Kovalev on the Krusher logo of his shorts. You guys just can’t believe he went up in weight and stopped a prime Kovalev. The first fight was very close, but he erased any doubt in the second fight.

That is what I miss about Emanual Stewerd. He tought his guys more than just boxing. Most bought up real estate and doing very well in retirement.

          Made millions? Buy an annuity.

Another option is to try to negotiate an annuity like Mark Breland did. Or just invest in one on their own.

Of course most boxers won’t know about things like that so a good money manager that boxers could go to would be useful to have. Perhaps that is something that could be invested in, some type of union or organization that provides that service along with attorneys to advise on contract negotiations, advice on health insurance, etc.

“According to Duva, Breland signed a ''Steve Young-type contract,'' a reference to the long-term deal the Brigham Young quarterback signed with the Los Angeles Express of the United States Football League.

Shelly Finkel, Breland's manager, said his contract with the Olympic 147-pound champion provided an annuity ''for life'' for the boxer, starting at age 31. At that time, said Finkel, Breland will receive ''six figures'' every year for as long as he lives.“

I'm all for anything that benefits the fighters, and working people in general . The American middle class has never been better off than when Unions were strong. The decline in the middle class mirrors the decline of unions.

Financial literacy classes /courses are a more realistic course of action IMHO ....

They could also take a mandatory 10% fee toward a retirement fund for each fighter. The problem is something like that would have to be national and federally mandated. Some of these fighters make millions and even a 10% fee would set them up for life. Even lesser known fighters would benefit from a mandatory retirement fund.

Everyone is missing the point because Ward is saying it. Maybe they would understand if it was Donald Trump saying it. Or maybe if GGG said it with his broken English.

Whatever you think of Ward as the fighter, shouldn’t take away from what he’s saying. He’s right.

But these fans are shameful, they don’t give a fck about fighters and their health and wellbeing.
