I'd be shocked. Mayweather was too big for Marquez, Cotto is massive compared to Marquez. Cotto is just too big. I think we may see Pacquiao-Marquez 3 if Pacquiao loses, which is what I see happening.

Just remember that styles make fights. Marquez is great when he finds himself toe-to-toe with someone else, and that's what Cotto does - goes toe-to-toe when his opponent forces him to. Marquez could never force Mayweather to do that but Cotto is different.

How happy that would make so many boxing fans.

1: Finally get to see Pacquiao Marquez III
2. Mayweather MUST fight Cotto then that mak many boxing fans happy because they've always been saying that PBF never fights a real WW.

Would be a great scenario for boxing fans. But even if Pacquiao wins, a lot of good things would happen.

1. Pacquiao-Mayweather, one of the biggest fights in the history of the sport.
2. Cotto-Margarito, the rematch the world wants to see. To prove if Margarito is superior to Cotto, or just a cheater who got lucky.

Pac-Marquez 3 would be the same result as #2...Marquez isn't getting any younger...and he's slow at 140 or 142...Pac aint goin all the way back down to 135...

I doubt Pac-Marquez 3 happens...and if it does its at too high a weight for Marquez to be effective...
