The scores were 115-113, 115-113, and 117-111, all in favor of Lopez.

I like Bradly but I disagree with him on this one. Watch the supreme boxer in the fight of Mayweather vs Canelo. Now tell me that that’s the same thing Ortiz did.

Ortiz did a great job of making Lopez look bad. But just because you can make a guy look bad doesn’t mean you are winning the fight. I didn’t see Ortiz sit down on a single punch in that fight. His combos were mostly pitty pat shoe shine shots. He deserved an A+ for his defense but offensively I just didn’t see him ever dictate or push the pace.

Did Teo miss a lot? yes. But I saw him landing the more effective punches. His shots when they did land had a visual effect on Ortiz. The same can’t be said about when Ortiz landed. Lopez also spent the entire fight as the aggressor & pressed the action while Ortiz spent most of his time trying to avoid contact. Teo dictated the pace. He forced Ortiz to react every time Teo moved forward.

all that said it was a close fight. Probably 7-5 or 8-4 in Teos favor. Ortiz as the B-side had a horrible mentality especially going into the championship rounds. The odds already stacked against him he should have pressed Teo, stood his ground and put an exclamation point on the fight. Had he fought six rounds of how he fought against Loma & 6 rounds of how he fought Teo, I think he’d have taken Teos belt from him

We must stop using SRL as some barometer for guys that fight like Ortiz fought last weekend. His over-reliance on movement wasn't some grand strategy but a way to survive till the end. I don't buy for a movement. The game plan was to move as much Ortiz did, especially in the late. Ortiz, in the prime of his career, decided to throw the opportunity away instead of going for it as Kambosos did.

SRL used movement but landed beautifully selected combos in the center of the ring and off the ropes. I can't think of one SRL fight that resembled what Ortiz did against Lopez.

Bradley isn’t talking about skill, he’s talking about a guy who doesn’t have enough fame to get the nod.

We don’t score fights on damage” Bradley continued. “That’s MMA. You guys (Pro Box TV hosts Chris Algieri and Paulie Malignaggi) sound like you’re scoring it on damage. You’re talking about how Lopez didn’t have a scratch on him.”
Bradley is right, but NSB disagrees.

Meanwhile Paulie is the guy who did nothing but move and threw NO PUNCHES for 3 out of 5 rounds against Artie Lobov in BKFC. He has no credibility with his argument.

Algieri got bombed on and dropped en route to robbing Provod. He has no credibility either.

Bradley was just a Baby when Ray was fighting and shouldn't even use his name when mentioning this track star!

Bradley hates Teofimo Lopez! He loved him before the Lomachenko fight, but since Lopez became a diva, he has a problem with him! You have to play the game "HIT and not get hit!" You can't do just one, you have to do both! Ortiz is solid, but he didn't do both, so now I think he's about to get the Rigo treatment, because TR had 2 bad shows in Las Vegas on Thursday Nights! Arum is pissed!!!
