The NCAA has this stance, that there is no statue of limitations for cheating and I applaud it. They found out in 2007 that chris webber took illegal money from Mich alum.. and they wiped out all of Mich wins, final fours, everything

that was something that was over 15 years old, they treated as a crime that was just commited today.

WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU, ON HOW THEY FEEL ABOUT THEIR SPORT?

Why cant we do that for boxing?
Why do you copy and paste constantly?

And to answer the question, I DO beleive Mosley should be checked throughout the year for any types of steroids as should a fighters under any su****ion. One of the products he was taking "the clear" was banned in 03' and not recognised as a steroid until then, which is the same year he fought DLH the 2nd time but I mean how far did they investigate Holyfield, when its highly likely that he was involved with Balco.

Or RJJ, when he tested postive for Andro and was well over the limit he wasn't investigated (because the state he fought in didn't have a pre-fight drug test) and because Andro was banned that year as a steroid the same year he fought Hall and allegedly took ripped fuel

How long ago was it that Shane admitted it? If it was before the Margarito fight Margarito should come out and say he loaded because Shane was juicing.

i bet you that if Shane moved up to 54 and never mentioned Floyd's name, there wouldn't be any of these 'punish shane' threads

in fact, where is Horus' 'punish roy' or 'punish toney' or 'punish vargas' threads?

if they were at 47 and hounding Floyd, those threads would be flooding the main page

                Mosley Does not deserve ****.

In my opinion what Shane Mosley accomplish was based on the fact he had a unfair and illegal advantage over the other fighter which allow him to win.
BASICALLY HE WAS "THE INCREDIBLE HULK" fighting regular guys

Honestly, I just think Mosley is getting the benefit of the doubt and Margarito will never get.And I think that, that is not fair.
And check my post history I am not a margarito fan.
but fair is fair. and how the boxing world is treating Margarito is not fair compare to how they are treating Mosley.

In all honestly I was ready to moved on with the mosley steroid ****.
until somebody made a good argument to me about the double standard
between margarito and mosley...and how shane was never punish for his cheating....

and i notice I was low key playing favoritism. and I was wrong to hold margarito to one standard and mosley to no standards at all...

                Man, all it was favoritism.
I was apart of the crowd who would **** on margarito till the sky turns ****ing orange .

and i admit I was wrong for not doing the same thing to mosley.

for not ****ing on mosley for the same exact thing, which is cheating.

I do not like double standards. i dont like them at all.
Just think About how different Oscar career would be if shane didnt used steroids against him.

And just because shane got caught once does not mean he wasnt doing it before.

It is very rare that a person gets caught their first time doing steroids.
People usually get caught when they have been doing steroids a long time and they want to try something better and when they do that they usually leave themselves open to being caught because they are dealing with people they never dealt with before.
                • Tell me how did Mosley find out about Balco?
                • Tell me what interested him in wanting to work with Balco?
                • tell me when he put the clear on, what did he think the clear and cream
was going to do for his body...?

the guy knew what he was doing

The guy is a cheater, and i think he cheated for most of his career
that was a long time ago.
