I think that Williams got better after that fight, and Margarito peaked regardless of how close it was. I believe that Margarito's experience in the late rounds in fights is why he managed to make the last half of it competitive. If a rematch ever happened at a higher weight, Williams would white wash his ass because Margo is **** at any weight above 147. That's why he never had the talent to move up. I believe he beat Santos, but Santos isn't that good.

I honestly can't give Margarito credit for any of his "accomplishments" since he got caught cheating. That could be the reason why the body shots later in the fight hurt Paul. Same thing happened in the Cotto fight, but Williams is a better boxer and was able to avoid more damage.
