Ryan Garcia is ready to break the tie with his longtime rival. As BoxingScene.com previously reported, terms were reached for Garcia to challenge two-division and reigning WBC 140-pound titlist Devin Haney. Their bout will headline an April 20 DAZN Pay-Per-View event from a Las Vegas venue to be determined.

Go Ryan Garcia. Oh man, I never thought I would say that. Before you light a burning bag of poop on my porch, I suppose I should make the argument.
            - 83% KO vs under 50%. You have to understand that the beginning of everyone's career has a bunch of opponents that have no business in the ring. If you are under 50% after 31 fights, you may never knock someone out again. Haney has not scored a KO in nearly 5 years.
            - vulnerability is the magic sauce in boxing excitement. When Haney fights, the only vulnerability is one man that is going to win on the cards. The "anything could happen" effect is pretty much gone.
            - if Garcia wins, it is good for boxing to a degree that he could then but some serious butts in front of TV's.
            - Haney vs Loma. The commentators were disgusting. The agendas were raw and blatant. Anything Haney did that was good was praised to high heaven and anything Loma did that was good was not spoken of. That bias and agenda has NO PLACE IN BOXING. I am not a Loma lover, but I am a hater of bias in certain positions in boxing.

sorry if I have offended anyone.

Garcia has zero chance of winning. Easy money for Haney

I want to ask this community why this is a "Super Fight"? Ryan has no serious wins on his resume, no lineal titles, in his first fight with an A level fighter, he quit. A Super Fight is a bout featuring two fighters with outstanding resumes, that is not the case here at all imo.
