Very hard to say. Wlad would probly outwork him, I mean outbox him, but could he take Vitali's hardest shots? Doubt it. Maybe if he could stay on his feet and stay away from the big bro's sledge hammer fists, he could score a decision win. I still think Vitali would be in a more favored position. Most likely.

Vitali would put Wlad to sleep, probably early. Wlad's main defense is his lenght and reach advantage, he dosen't have it against Vitali. Vitali has the psychological edge to, an older brother dosen't usually think he can get beat up by his little brother.

It would be a decision, neither would actually try and hit the other hard.

So if you take power out othe equation, Wlad. If your talking a proper fight, Vitali but that will never happen.
