I like their rationale for rating Wilder:

You'd think they'd run these past someone before publishing so they don't look like fools.

I like the Hrgovic one even better: "No. 10 Hrgovic goes out of the ratings because he will be named official challenger of another organization". Whether he fights for another organization or not, he recently got a fight he won during the same event Wilder lost. Yet, Filip is out, and Wilder doesn't move, because he was "out by mistake".

Kubrat could enter the top if he wins against Charr - that is what I think makes sense, but here we are: the principles of the sanctioning bodies.
