yeah short term if he makes fights you want to see its all good but people dont think of the long term. First of all he doesnt care if he looses money on fights, that means nobody can compete with his offers, everyone else has to make money. We seen this before with DAZN when they were new and paying GGG $20 million to fight Steve Rolls, blowing through venture capital money with the excuse that it will gain them subscribers and they make money in the future not like those subscribers wont leave if the fights suck or they jack up the rates.

Right now you got guys who will hold out on mega fights hoping that they get a saudi deal. Which is not realistic, the saudis cant put on every boxing show for the year, which means we need guys willing to fight on the conventional cards for less than what a saudi fight would pay them. Then you got francis vs AJ for huge $$$ what message does that send to the guys?

wait until Connor mcgreggors UFC contract runs out, he could make a fortune boxing and everyone anyone near his weight class will refuse to fight the top boxers and hold out trying to get a fight with connor.
