You don’t go onto PPV coming off a L against a fighter that has never been a main event fighter..

Floyd doesn’t select anyone’s fights.. Rollies doesn’t select his own fights.. Haymon is the boss.

This. Ryan is an example of what the minister of propaganda of the 3rd Reich famously said, “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

What Floyd did not tell you, was to use Pitbull as a bargaining chip! That was on you! You always go one step too far! That's why you should let Oscar do the talking, while you do the fighting!

Meh Rollies losses in the end.. he let Luis Decubas get him a dramatically less pay check to get smoked by another Luis Decubas client in Issac Cruz LOL

            Decubas wins either way

I know he violated but what would it be considered
The term would be tortious interference with Golden Boy's contract. For it to stick though, to get damages they would probably have to PROVE that the Haney fight was "likely" to happen, and who knows how far along those negotiations were.

The Haymon/Floyd sack lickers will all support Floyds actions, but lets put out another scenario. Lets say that Tank vs Haney was in negotiations, and Arum steps in and convinces Haney to bail on the Tank fight and instead rematch Lomo (an Arum fighter), those same sack lickers would be crying their eyes out about Bob interfering. LOL

Bottom line is that technically Floyd interfered, but I dont know if GBP could actually prove any damages.......

Yes your absolutely right the nuthuggers would probably torch the Bobfather’s house lol
But in all regards thank you for the info , I knew you would know the exact term
Now , isn’t there also something in the Ali act that says something about this
I was chatting with another boxing contact and he mentioned that there is a clause that would simplify if GB would go through legally

Tank already exposed the truth before deleting the tweet. Floyd is the man in charge.

And Floyd’s advice, if true, was the smart route (easy belt off Rolly first) not the mark route (fight another threat).

                  But this:

decided to go into negotiations with Cruz and then act like he's in negotiations with me to try to use my name, and then, you know, sweep it under the rug and go and fight Cruz.
Sounds like Crawford/Spence/Avanesyan. So Pitbull is Rolly’s Avanesyan. Meaning Ryan is Spence. So, if and when Rolly/Ryan takes place, best to let it ride on Rolly by KO.

Garcia would be lucky himself to make $5m vs Rolly. Let alone Rolly making $5m.

If Floyd was telling Garcia that he could only get the Rolly fight if he signed a promotional contract with TMT, then yes that would violate the Ali Act. But it doesnt apppear thats what happened. And unfortunately any Ali Act violations would likely have to be addressed by the US Justice Dept, and they have never prosecuted a single violation in the history of the Ali Act. Obviously they dont care one bit about it. Haymon has been openly flaunting it for 9 years and nobody cares. So I dont expect them to start now lol
