Odlanier Solis weighs in at 271

The man who won a lot of gold medals in his amateur career in the "under 200" category weighed in today at a whopping 271 pounds!

Thats 20 pounds heavier than Chris Arreola was for his fight with Vitali, and Solis is several inches shorter than Arreola.

Old James "Belly's Out" Toney ain't got nothin' on this dude!

It is now painfully clear that the talented Solis will not be a factor in the heavyweight division.

very true. barrett came in very low on the other hand at 218 which is 8 pounds less than when he fought david haye..so barrett is in good shape..dont be suprised if barrett causes the upset. solis would beat him in good shape but hes in horrible shape fighting a dangerous journeyman...could you imagine solis coming in that heavy against kevin johnson?!..he would of gotten slaughtered.

Doesn't look good. I had high hopes for this guy. This is so unprofessional.
