DAZN actually offered Al Haymon a 1.3 Billion Dollar Deal. Al turned it down and went with a bigger platform and better deal.. Amazon prime.

DAZN took on Eddie Hearn’s matchroom for around 300 million less than a deal they offered Haymon, they value Haymon as a way better promoter apparently lol!

How can you be considered a failure when you get offered a bigger deal with bigger networks and the biggest platforms want to work with you? Not sure some of you understand what you’re talking about. Obviously investors & platforms liked what Haymon brought to the table previously and they got their money together and invested. DAZN, Prime, Netflix - all three were interested, has to be doing something right!

How do you fail and get a bigger deal? Makes no sense. Boxing on TV model no longer works, everyone knew it’d be out the door just like HBO.

Must be nice to fail then get record breaking offers from Prime, DAZN, Netflix, Zeus etc.

Showtime & PBC both had the biggest numbers every year for the past 5 years (compared to DAZN,TR/ESPN), that includes non ppv & ppv.

It’s a 5 year deal, good luck. It’ll probably get renewed after that too

Haymon has the biggest deal in boxing!

You say they failed and yet the 2nd biggest company in the world just gave them a multi year/billion dollar deal. OK. The NBA has changed networks 10 times over the last 50 years and are in a bidding war between NBC and ESPN for a new T rights deal in 2025 that is going to surpass 75 billion dollars. The NFL and MLB has done the same. Are they failures too? Idiit!

Folks I'm at the point where I just think these responses are coming from AI bots because they can't be this ******. Dazn made a scrappy 'reckoning' fighters in Saudi that did t even do 15k Ppv bus in 'Murica. They have no American fighters and MR has just about abandoned the "American takeover" plan because they failed. Meanwhile Pbc will be partnered with the number 2 company in the world for the foreseeable future. Hahahahaha
