Were you paying attention? Hill was past it when Roy fought him. He won the 'BA cruiser strap from an overrated Frenchy and the only good fight he had since was the UD to Mormek. So he had 1 good fight after Roy beat him I'd say his best days were certainly pre-Roy.

LHW and it's not very close. There was nothing at super middle...nothing. Omar Sheika would've been in the lower rungs of the LHW rankings at best. Charles Brewer couldn't handle Antwun Echols. Mikkel Kessler may have been the best of the lot and his resume pales in comparison to an Antonio Tarver, Virgil Hill and several more.

It's likely Roy's lhw had more HOF'ers but he did avoid Darius, Joe never fought Ottke but Kessler is widely considered much better.
