Those special qualities that Teddy Atlas is referring to are only as good as the mental acuity of the mind behind them.
There is no doubt that Teofimo Lopez has some pressing psychological issues, similar to his dad, and Rolando Romero.
You never know what's going to come out of the mouths of these blithering idiots, these scatter brained idiot's are all over the place with their incoherent statement's.
Teddy Atlas knows that fighting is 70 percent mental, and 30 percent physical, so you can't put so much emphasis on Teofimo's skills, because he has a fractured psyche.

What do all these men and many others have in common? They’re all under 30. I don’t know why young men today have so much more mental issues than their fathers and grandfathers.

It probably took Teddy an hour and a half to get to that conclusion. If anybody loves the sound of their own voice , it's Teddy Atlas. He's always trying to sound like a philosopher , which he isn't. I think that it's just that people recognize it for what it is now , whereas before it was usually excused and taboo to talk about. Kind of like ADHD in kids , before ,you were just a badly behaved brat. Now you have ADHD ( and you're a badly behaved brat, lol).
