        Thanks. Great stuff. I really hope this tournament sets the standard for boxing. F.uck the belts. F.uck the PPV sales. Best vs. the best.

        One of the criticism is that it will take too long to determine a winner. I actually like that it's over an extended period of time. Every fight will be an event this way. And if this starts happening in other weight classes they can stagger the fights and space them out.

          It was really just an observation. Those big time promotors live the good life.

          What could be done? Well it's a slight detour for this thread, but I have several times suggested some sort of pension fund for the fighters.
