    hmm

Ouma I think proved his chin vs Jantuah, who is a beast of a puncher and has no business fighting at 154 lbs. Some of you serioulsy underestimate Ouma. Truth is, he would have a chance vs any fighter from 147 to 160. I wouldn't favor him over every fighter, but to get to specifics, consider the following...a list of his chances vs fighters from 147-160 in my opinion:

Zab Judah (Ouma 75% chance to win)
Oscar De La Hoya (60% chance to win)
Fernando Vargas (70% chance to win)
Tito Trinidad (30% chance to win)
Bernard Hopkins (35% chance to win)
Winky Wright (60% chance to win)
Felix Sturm (60% chance to win)
Howard Eastman (50% chance to win)
Shane Mosley (75% chance to win)
Ricardo Mayorga (35% chance to win)
Cory Spinks (65% chance to win)
Antonio Margarito (65% chance to win)

Basically my point is, Ouma CAN beat anyone. He does have the ability.

      man

Man I wish he would fight Santos and get rid of that PAB once and for all. Wear Santos out and stop him late, ahead on all cards.

I saw Ouma fight on the Arturo Gatti undercard and I thought he was a exciting fighter to watch.

I totally agree. Ouma's willingness to eat leather is a plus in attributing excitement. He has great skills, fast hands, and arguably the best footwork in boxing. His flaws are what make him interesting to watch:
Lack of Power and He likes to trade punches in short exchanges landing twice the punches his opponent does. He gets hit in the process.

Although he has these "skills", him being an exciting fighter is limited to 154lbs and below. Facing the big boys at 160 would prove too difficult for the "outgunned" Ouma.

While I agree with a lot of these... I just dont give him ANY chance against Hopkins or Tito. Fighting a guy who can hit hard is one thing...but fighting a guy who can hit hard and possesses superior skills to your own is another.

Ouma/Margarito would be a dream fight. Imagine the compubox numbers at the end of the fight. Margarito proved he has a good enough chin to **** at 154...both guys would just be battering each other by the end of the fight.

Ouma is a threat, I enjoy watching him fight. But he does showboat a bit much, and he gets hit a lot.

Ouma should stay at 154, take some titles and then move up...

Oumas might move up in weight for the money or maybe he thinks he'll have more power their, cause at 154, Mayorga and Santos would beat him (other big names are: Verno Phillips, Vernon Forrest), too much risk not enough reward in it.

                    lol

Ouma already walloped Verno Phillips twice who was on a hot steak until Ouma rematched him. He hasn't fought since. Ouma would beat Santos if they ever fought in my opinion. Santos has no power to offer Ouma and Margarito would have beaten Santos had it gone on longer but it didn't. Ouma doesn't get cut and he would never stop coming at Santos. Santos would get tired late and fall.

The only thing what sucks about him is that even though he stands and delivers right in front of his opponent, his hits don't seem to be that powerful. I mean, I don't expect to see him knock out someone in the first few rounds, I just think that the damage he does by laying so much leather on his opponent should accumulate and destroy them for the late going....this is from only seeing his last fight, so I could be wrong, but he should have had Jantuah out of there late..
