Tank Davis hasn't fought in half a year and has no fight scheduled after just dodging Devin Haney. Tank's advocates hype his drawing numbers as the face of boxing but the truth is he is not a massive draw. For if he was, they would be milking Tank with one or two fights after his last win vs Garcia. Many believe it was Garcia's attraction power that was the primary reason for the Tank vs Garcia fight doing big business. Floyd and Haymon seem to believe that as well, as they are hesitating to schedule a fight for Tank, a rematch with Isaac Cruz or some other patsy. Tank has been silent for months, other than just ducking Haney. It's Ryan Garcia who is the true A side, Tank is the B plus. Is that the reason why Floyd and Haymon are wooing Garcia to ditch Golden Boy and join them? Garcia vs Tank 2 could go even bigger than 1. Tank vs Cruz could be a disaster flop.

The Ryan fight was lucrative and he will look for these type of low risk high reward fights going forward. He doesn’t care about legacy, titles, or fighting the best. He wants big pay days fighting hype jobs. There isn’t an easy mark available at the moment. No one he can drag up or down two weight classes, no big name well past their prime, no popular YouTubers or influencers in his weight class, no big MMA names he can fight with a 0-0 pro boxing record. So he’ll just coast along and wait for the next cherry pick. Unless of course he runs into more legal troubles and needs money for attorneys and payoffs.Comment

That's bs what massive numbers has he done? The only massive numbers fighting a bum was cryan and before that was his first fight in panty Cruz which did 300k. They didn't even release his numbers leading up to the cryan fightComment
