    You might be right...Boxrec lists the location as Gimnasio Andres Gomez Hoyos, Cartagena Columbia. Might have been another Luis Ortiz.

        Looks like was at a career high weight (258) too.

        A lot of PBC guys have been fighting on random cards lately with this 3mo limbo they've been in.
