            Pacman is probably, he didn't have to throw too many punches to get Hatton out of their. But Hatton could have made Pacman look like god with that poor defense of Hattons.

                  Basically anyone that can drop opponents with a single punch or turn the fight around with a lucky punch. Think Julian Jackson, Thomas Hearns, McClellan style knockouts or near that. It's not exactly the literal meaning of a one punch knockout.

                  There are also great knockout artists not on the list because they generally rely on accumulation more than pure brute power like Pavlik, Margarito, Cotto, Vitali Klitschko, Pacquaio etc.
