This is just the state of boxing for now, as landscapes constantly changed and it will again. I think the Saudi empire pumping money into boxing is a good thing as we’re finally getting to see the big fights happening. All the boxers/promoters are working together as the money is too good to turn down. Fury vs Usyk finally and Bivol vs Beterbiev down the line, which wouldn’t have happened without the intervention of the Saudi’s, as there’s too much ego involved with the various networks/promoters/boxers.
The issue with boxing is that it has no governing body that controls the whole of boxing with legislation, it’s splintered and the rules are easily bypassed.
Also reading this thread shows me why nationalism is such a bad thing. Childish and embarrassing!
