I've always wanted to meet Winky. I remember trying my hardest to get tickets to see him in the Sugar Shane rematch. Long story short, I got my feelings hurt....lol. Couldn't even watch the fight live. Had to watch it a week later.

I feel like he is a damn good fighter whose name doesn't come up enough when talking about great southpaws.

Agreed. I think Winky has to be a top three ever southpaw. The funny thing is, his style was never reliant on speed. Winky’s high guard peekaboo style was so effective that he really didn’t to have a plan B in place to fight.
What he did to Trinidad was otherworldly. I bet all my Puerto Rican friends that it was going to be a boxing clinic and I didn’t pay for lunch for a month lol

Yea, Winky's timing was elite. His style is great for teaching amateurs how to neutralize the opponent's power and speed.

Crawford isn't wrong. I think Spence had some cataract issues overall and had other fights with them meaning, he was cleared to fight in the past with them. He finally decided to get them corrected and thought putting it out on social media could spark some excuses that his fans can then use.

Spence could have probably got that surgery at any time during his career, but did it now to put some doubt on Crawford's win. I personally don't think it had anything to do with him losing and all about Crawford being that much better than him. Spence tried his usual attacks that worked on other opponents and Crawford brushed them off like nothing. In fact, he would retaliate stronger and harder each time Spence made an attempt.

I thought Crawford was being corny at the press conferences saying, Spence better not get out of line or he'll see what's up. I thought that sounded like something you just tell your kids. At a boxing level, it sounded lame. Though that is pretty much what he did to his word. Anytime Spence made a worthy effort to attack, Crawford came back stronger and punished Spence for it.
