Did he short change his fighter's yes which promoter hasn't, did he hold back some of their career's of course again which promoter hasn't?
Once his fighter's were able to leave his promotional company, and start their own or go with another promoter they did so.
Quite a few Puerto Rican fighters got their professional start with Bob, he has a few in his stable right now, so again overall he's been good for boxing.
I can't tell you how much I enjoyed watching his ESPN Top Rank Championship series from back in the day, Dwight Braxton, Buster Drayton, Frank 'The Animal' Fletcher, etc., etc., etc.,
