    This situation will test the WBA's commitment to one belt per weight class. If they don't insist Romero - Barroso is next, no exceptions, then we know how things stand.

      If Romero takes the step aside money, to allow rolando-Garcia,he can face sims on the undercard. That’s a realistic card. Imagine rolandobarroso rematch and sims at WBA #1 and Garcia at 2.. in an elimination match.. Garcia won’t be on a undercard having a bigger profile than the 2 consolation match. Very unlikely. so it’s conceivable that barroso will take the money and fight on the undercard in what can be a decent event considering the profiles

              Sims is very overrated. His credentials just aren't that substantial. BoxRec has him #30. I don't necessarily always agree with their rankings, but in Sims' case, it's about right.

                  None of Sims, Barroso or Romero are in the TBRB top ten. The WBA title(s) here are questionable.
