  • Comments Thread For: Eddie Hearn On Anthony Joshua Eventually Taking On Tyson Fury: "I Think He Beats Him All Day Long"

Anthony Joshua went from dominant world champion to a shaky middling contender. After suffering back-to-back losses to Oleksandr Usyk, Joshua (27-3, 24 KOs) attempted to shake things up in his camp. However, despite enlisting the help of a new coach and bagging wins over Jermaine Franklin and Robert Helenius, the now 34-year-old never looked sharp with Derrick James manning his corner.

I don’t mind Olawufemi, he’s a good heavyweight by today’s lower standards. But I sure too or he loses soon because he is truly Eddie hearn’s lifeline

Unless Fury is completely shot, Joshua has only a puncher’s chance If Tyson is fit and ready it will be like a man and a boy , Joshua will be brutalist yet again.

Ah yes the thrashings of the great jermaine Franklin Robert helenius and Otto wallin have shown us all that AJ is the real deal lmao. Wallin is a bum who barely beat gassiev is this some kind of joke? Hearn is definitely a funny guy

I think Eddie and AJ should have proved it when Fury offered them twice. This talking now is so pathetic and a sign of how helpless they are - knowing Fury will be busy with Usyk in 2024, maybe even in part of 2025.

Yeah this hearns angle at a shot at the champ..only angle which weighs on the outcome. AJ wants that L on his record so he can say he’s fought the best HW

Man Hearn is overdoing it now. That win against Wallin along with Wilder and Miller's losses have him so high. I equate that win to Wilder's over Helenius. Beating Ngannou won't tell us that much either but Hearn needs to rein it in. AJ still has work to do. I'm not at all convinced that he's turned that corner yet...

Eddies getting carried away because his boy looked comfortable beating a sparring partner he's done 100s of rounds with and it's well known he handled with ease.

If he didn't deal with him, then we'd know he was well and truly shot to pieces like a lot of people theorised.

All this "he'll beat Wilder/Fury whoever, Wilder beats Y, Fury beats X, Usyk beats Y" you're all in the one sport you can prove it, so do it get off twitter...

I don't want to imagine what happens in fights, I need to see it happen.

Fast Eddie ; the thinking man's promoter.

I think Fury is never gonna give Joshua the opportunity to prove it.
