I'd say Gamboa now because he has faced the tougher pro comp but Rigs is still more experienced overall. Rigs has faced bums kinda, well not kinda he has faced bums till now, professionally at least. Gamboa underestimates his opposition and attacks carelessly and sometimes pays for it.

Actually, it would be a close fight, a toss up in my opinion because Gamboa is like a tornado of punches and Rigs is a lightning bolt striking precisely one or two strikes at a time, very conservative boxer.
