If an objective observer looked at each of their resumes and examined who they fought and where their opponents were ranked at the time they fought them, there would be no question that Mayweather has the significantly better resume. However, there are no objective observers on this site, including me.

However, I am willing to give Pac credit for the fights in which I actually found him impressive against quality opponents, namely Barerra 1, Morales II, the two Marquez fights (even though I thought he lost both), De La Hoya and Hatton. However, those six quality wins don't compare to Mayweather's overall body of work.

You are right. It doesn't mean he was "tougher", whatever that means. It simply means Baldomir was RATED HIGHER than all three of those fighters. If Mayweather had chosen the Pacquaio path (ignoring Joan Guzman, Nate Campbell, Joel Casamayor and Juan Diaz to fight David Diaz), he would have skipped over Baldomir and fought one of the lesser rated three that you mentioned. Then you and the other haters would be claiming that he was dodging the linear champion in Baldomir.

pac has a better esume. he has fought in more divisions. more lineal titles and fought better opposition in their natural weight class. all floyd has is his 0 compared to pac. pac has fought 4 p4p top 10 fighters in their weight classes. how many has floyd fought? castillo and corrales.
