Wilders age and inactivity definitely played a role in his loss because as fighter ages certain physical attributes decline. However, the technical flaws, which Parker took advantage of should be highlighted. Too many people immediately point factors outside boxing for loses when it's the technical deficiencies that play a larger role.

I totally agree with your observation. Wilder hasn't done anything to improve his basic boxing skills and overall physical strength, especially his legs, throughout his career. Because of that he's paying the price once he steps up.

Wilder is past his use by date.

Well played AJ and Hearn for aging him out to avoid the fight and getting Parker to do the work for them.

I too believe that like Ruiz did, Prime Wilder would have windmilled AJ into quitting had they got it on in 2018.

If he's game to get in there and redeem himself, offer him a decent fight in March , if he don't want to know , we'll know , because old Turkeys got the bucks.

He could easily pull the trigger on Dubois but is Warren prepared to put his money where his mouth is and line it up ?

No, but he'd easily put his mouth where Saudi money is and suck for all he's worth.

That's the funny thing about boxing. Guys get old in one night! Wilder is 38 and has not been active enough. His legs look shot! Wouldn't want to see him get badly hurt. You cannot tell another man what to do but.........he looks finished!

No one knew that until Parker exposed him. AJ sure didnt want to find out if he was shot though.

It'd definitely be a good time for Joshua to call him out now though with a rematch clause, juuuuust in case.

But Eddie says nah. He's still scared that Wilder would get up for one last hurrah and end the myth of A-side Joshy.

Maybe a fight with Joe Joyce in a **** or bust fight could give us a conclusion.
