          This is the path for boots because 147 is a waste land right now. Boots, Thurman, Barrios, Stanionis. There is no money there at the moment. Bud vs spence literally closed the chapter on 147. A new crop has to grow there now.

          If i were managing boots. We would make a defense of the Ibf welterweight title in the spring. Then move up and go after the winner of this at 154 for the ibf title. Then look for a unification against tszyu.

          Boots vs Tzyu is a bigger fight than Boots vs any 147 not named Bud
