Dervy has has some back luck loses in the ring, he had 3G and two others that caused him to not move up the Ranks in boxing. i would not be surprised if they have a second medically induced fight cancellation as far as Ortiz goes and also as far as Dumbzone goes got more medicals with fighters be it injuries and PED related and mental health disorders with that boxing plat then any other.

not change the subject but i will.......have you heard about Anaguchi ? He was taken to the hospital after the fight and they did surgery to releive the pressure in this brain that i know. Sad how they took him from the ring how he was limp falling down two seconds after the final bell. Then his corner shouldered him down the run way to an exit. I watched it a second time and do not know what the ref or the doctor could have done in the ten rounds but the corner could have done better. Get a screach in there dont walk a man act immeadiately. Anyhow it needs to be discussed when talking boxing the next few weeks. His condition was critical last i heard. Here is a guy that gave a fight like few get to witness, he and Tsutsumi were real inside the ropes it was one of those fights that brings out the best in a fighter and sometimes the worst in those managing the fight. Prayers help but discussion is needed and some effort into what could have been done in those last moments...........

Just like Dudashev. I had the same thoughts about walking him off instead of a stretcher.

He had surgery yesterday or the day before. I haven't heard anything since.

this is why when a guy like Wilder talks about killing a man in the ring i loose respect for him as a fighter .... Sad for Anaguchi and his family, sad for what will happen to and what Tsutsumi will go thru everyone would have thought that TSU was the one going to the hospital (and he did right ?) many of us have gotten angry and had a bad thought about doing the baddest thing to someone but to be a professional fighter and to brag about how you will take someones life shows ignorance. Hey i am a boxing ghoul i admit it but reality is that we witness the close to near death experiences in the ring but with respect to what it takes to be a fighter and we give the responsibility to the Promoters of boxing The State commishions all those important and hidden forces in boxing. Lets no say this was Japan and walk away from it like that...............

It's a sport. I wish people would remember that.
Also it's a martial art. I would not have been taught, (by my Japanese teacher), if I showed no respect for it's dangers by wanting to use it to kill someone.
edit: He wasn't my boxing trainer, that dude probably didnt care.
