I would give him full respect win or lose if he takes the Canelo fight right away.

I just don’t see it. I don’t see him being the type of guy to jump into that type of risky fight unless he’s ready to cash himself out. I don’t see his power being a factor against Canelo at 168 and that’s a big advantage for his style at 147 and likely 154.

I don't know about 160 but I think he needs to go on the road vs Tim in Australia and dominant. If he fights Canelo I think it's a one-and-done like Roy going up to heavyweight. Crawford ain't Khan and has better skills than Charlo so I think he can survive for 12. Starching a young and prime 154 like Tim means he's really at 154 going up.

If you look at the timeline that would line him with Canelo after Munguia and Benavidez while he fights Spence 2 and Tim.

I think Bud would be faster and more poised than Canelo, TILL HE GETS HIT and it don’t matter where he gets hit. We will see that “oh sheeit” look on Buds face. Like Kahn.

I’d love to see him fight Tim Tszyu in Australia. That should get him a fat payday.

Then if he wants to fight Canelo that would be another nice nest egg to take into retirement.

The Errol Spence rematch is just getting in the way of all that this point, frankly.
