If you talk about Cotto-Mosley which was 2 years ago, posters will react as if it was really a long time ago and they say "Let this go man it's in the past".

But when it's something about Castillo-Mayweather or the "knockdown" that Judah gave Mayweather(these fights are older than Cotto-Mosley), posters happily contribute to threads on those subjects.

shiet I could sit here and say Cotto should be undefeated but I'm not going to cause he still has a loss on his record. If the higher power took the loss away then I would say okay he is undefeated but he is not

I'll keep saying this, JLC was given alot of credit for landing shots he wasn't even landing. That said, I still believe it could have gone either way.

A lot of Castillo's punches were landing on Mayweather shoulders and arms.

I know Mayweather knows this fact deep inside him and any fighter that want a good reference as how to beat him should watch this fight closely. HELLO Manny, Cotto, Mosley!
seriously though, I dont think Floyd reached his prime until the N'Dou fight so they can watch the JLC match all they want but he's definatly grown since then in all areas. He's not that same guy anymore

I'd say, Mayweather stopped improving at Jr WW. Although, the "JAB" is back.

I will say what I always say about this fight, JLC gave away the first half of the fight the first six rounds all favored Mayweather, if a fighter loses the first six rounds it is hard to get a decision. I believe all the judges gave 5 out of the first six rounds for Mayweather, JLC had to sweep the last rounds to win and the last 6 rounds were very close so there is no way JLC won them all.

It was a close good fight but scoring round by round I believe the right man won.
