To be honest I think Hearn is going towards tougher matchmaking, in the past Berlanga would've been paid decently to take on faded name-value fighters like Rosado and Jacobs while waiting for a Canelo shot. No longer the case. Munguia would've been a good opponent but he may be Canelo's May opponent if he comes through the Ryder fight.

If I were Hearn I would pay Berlanga handsomely to fight Pacheco later this year assuming he gets past McCrory. Pacheco could actually be a star and a viable future Canelo fight. He's talented enough to mix it with the best at 168 IMO, Berlanga is B-tier.

No one wants too see Berlanga or Munguia against Canelo . The fight too make is against each other winner becomes a really good option for Canelo, 2nd to Benavidez . However Munguia if he looks spectacular against Ryder can change my opinion but idk that's a tough fight..... wish it was Berlanga vs. Munguia instead cause this might be another Wilder/Parker situation.

Listen here Edgar , you're just not that good , and nobody outside of your immediate family believes that you are going anywhere in boxing. Your rise was all smoke and mirrors. Apparently, no one told you the truth and you believed the hype created for you . I know that it must be hard to deal with ,to find out that your career was a lie. It's reality though.
