Rolly should stick to picking fights with other boxers and leave trainers off the table. Derrick James is a trainer and his fighters have lost over time but he can't be in the ring with them to fight. When his fighters were winning, he was trainer of the year, when they lose now he is not a good trainer. Rolly is not a world class fighter. He is very arrogant, entitled, has a big mouth and is at best a B- level fighter.

In fact I would consider a fighter at 140 undisputed if they just bypassed him shrugging him off as a waste of time.

I don’t know if he’s overrated but I’m also not sure if Rolly is the best person to assess a boxers skills based on their work with a trainer. Dude makes Mayorga look like Pernell Whitaker.

Hahaha True dat. Rolly is embarrassing. Yet, it says something when you’ve already got comments on this thread. I see loads of topics on this forum, about good fighters that go unnoticed. Romero, bad as he is, knows how to get attention. Quite important when you’re a professional fighter. If Rolly were any good, he’d probably be making big money by now.
