Who currently is the best at cutting off the ring?

I'd say Glen Johnson, Tomasz Adamek, and Israel Vazquez are the best at it currently... it's a lost art unfortunately

Cotto is pretty good at cutting off the ring when he's coming forward.

Castillo doesn't have it anymore. He still can cut off the ring but hes not even close to the best anymore
