I've already told you that Wlad and Fury knew before their first fight that an IBF mandatory is outstanding and the winner needs to fight them otherwise they'll be stripped. Fury knew this but still accepted more money from Wlad to stick a rematch clause into the contract. A rematch couldn't happen otherwise as a mandatory is not obliged to give a rematch should they take the title from the champion.
