After finally seeing Hop/Calz I am a believer now that Joe was the truth and I don't like Floyd much.....because of all the cherrypicking but objectively and reluctantly I have to say I would give the spot to Floyd. I would be hating here if I didn't. Joe just didn't do enough in his career.

I had JMM winning i think the 2nd round... im sure the judges did to cos i think 2 of them gave jmm a round...

And also...thats something pretty embarrassing to be proud of lol...Why not put a 154 pounder against joe calzaghe.... lol see how long they last....or kessler even carl froch is u want.....its not impressive at all

Anyway....Id pick floyd, but i think joe not having much competition wasnt really his fault...was a bad era for SMW division

It's a tough question to answer bu I vote for Calzaghe for beating 2 ATG's that alone leaves Floyd in the track. I mean Jones and B-hop.

It's official. 32 - 20 - Floyd over Joe C if there was only one spot left in the ATG list and you had to give it to one of them. NSB you have spoken.

I'd go with Floyd pretty much because of his talent. It is just on a whole different level than Calzaghe.

JC,he has more wins!!By the logic of some, they are great because their undefeated,so Joe has to be greater because he won more!!

Let's be careful with that thing, Mayweather is maybe ducking at WW, but he never dodged any competition at 135 and 130, he has greats wins over excellent fighters IN THEIR PRIME. Nothing like Calzaghe. Calzaghe was a very good fighter and had a good career but Mayweather is clearly above him.

Calzaghe's three good wins are Eubank, Hopkins and Kessler. I consider RJJ irrelevant and Lacy an OK fighter but not even a better fighter than Judah P4P. Calzaghe didn't fight enough great fighters in their prime: Sakio Bika, Reid and Sheika were all good fighters but not what makes a fighter ATG.

Mayweather fought and beat Corrales, Castillo, Genaro H, Hatton, Jesus Chavez, Carlos Hernandez, Manfredy, DLH at 154. It"s a great resume. If he would have retired instead of moving up to 140, nobody would have called him a fraud and they would have made praises to his great career.

Floyd Mayweather, just because of his former achievements, is a legit ATG and you can't take that away from him. If you REALLY consider Floyd a fraud and that he's not an ATG, you don't know nothing about boxing.
