Yea the Cryo chamber froze time still for him ,when he got out he was used to images frozen in time so Parker threw his game off because he was a moving entity . The eye to brain coordination was off . He has to spend more time in the chamber pre fight Miller .

How can you sit in a Cryochamber for a long time, they put you in them for 3 minutes averagely and anything beyond 4 and you are risking all sorts of health issues...
