But in terms of opponents faced (not beaten!) Chisora probably has the best record out there. The guy was a legitimate challenger to Vitali Klitchsko at one time before eventually becoming a gatekeeper. He gave Dillian Whyte hell and knocked out Takam. Miller has never got up there in the rankings in the first place. Chisora does need to retire now though - looks old!

Not disagreeing with anything you say. My point was and is that Jarrell can be in interesting fights IF he looks himself in the mirror and decides to take this game seriously. Looks like he is trying to take the short cut ( PED's, etc etc ) to success. This clown has left good $$$$ on the table with his antics and lack of discipline. He is probably surrounded by Yes men.

Yes true. He has a good chin and good skills and a good engine. But if he hasn't learnt by now.... although to be fair didn't he have short notice for this fight though?

This became a thread about Miller. Forget that fat slob.

DDD did a great job. I thought he was pretty much shot after his last two or three, but he worked hard and showed a 2.0 version.

He moved well the whole fight. He moved fast too, faster than I've seen him move before. (I remember saying the Dubois v Joyce match looked like it was playing in slo-mo the whole time.) And he kept coming.

Great win for him. This was a bit of redemption. There's so much head stuff that goes into sports, and I don't know where his head has been for a while (like AJ) but he sure overcame all of that for this fight, in addition to seemingly changing his game substantially.

I think people are being a bit harsh on Jarell Miller performance - I guess understandable the hate with the PED scandal.

At 333 pounds his punch output and general activity (pushing forward constantly) combined (presumably off PED's) over 12 rounds was absolutely insane. Clearly he would have been tested heavily so assume he was off the PED's.

He absorbed (rightly or wrongly) more from Dubois than pretty much anyone could. I think Dubois had the redemption mindset and he was hurting from being called a quitter so knew he had to go out on his shield.

Honestly speaking I would argue Miller would beat majority of heavyweights if he instills discipline as combination of punch power, output and resilience is incredible. I feel Joshua could also struggle against Miller. Fury (in form) would beat him by peppering him and using few dirty tactics.

I am rooting for Miller redemption and hope he proves a lot of doubters wrong. Holyfield, Canelo, Fury get a pass for historic PED's (and let's face it - we all know most of them probably did 10x what they got caught (or linked) with). I hope boxing gets clean but the corruption is deep with sanctioning bodies so if Miller is gonna get slaughtered for PED's - let's be consistent and willing to bring down some legends of the sport for the sake of it's future.

Miller could really lose about 30 pounds or so. He'd be a better fighter for it.
More like he could lose about 70 pounds or so.
