Christians don't worship prophets. Jesus Christ is God to Christians. He's the same God who wrestled with Jacob all night long. Which means Jesus already existed from the very beginning, according to the Bible. Jesus is referred to as Word, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
