Morales will say that he really couldn't see that well out of his eye with the cataract but he didn't want to postpone the fight for fear of not getting his shot at Pacquiao in the future. He thought he could fight and win with his vision impaired but he was wrong.

Morales could say he overtrained. But I don't think he is the type to make excuses.

And I agree that Pacquiao could say that the media attention was too much. Although we all know he loves it. But I don't think there will be another excuse like the sock one. That was plain silly.

Definitely. He probably has three or four ready. And I hope both him and Murad keep their mouths shut no matter what happens. Don't they realize how these excuses hurt the fighter's image?
