On the grind is horrible imo, all they do is bull**** for 2 hours and talk **** to some Rican guy. The Boxing truth is good and the new Steve Kim podcast is really top notch.
I've never listened to on the ropes before so I don't have an opinion on that one.

I listen to On The Grind twice a week and I've never heard Leave It In The Ring. I'm going to keep it that way. With that said, I have no doubt this Blood dude would put hands all over "Bigtime" Tim Kudgis.
Both shows are great. Leave It In The Ring is definitely worth checking out too at blogtalkradio.com..
