Inoue just moved up to 122 and there are three more weight classes before he would reach Davis at 135. I don't see Inoue moving up to 130 let alone 135. Hell, there's not really anything for him at 126. He probably retires at 122.
Not gonna happen EVER. He's a much smaller man than Lomachenko and Lomachenko was crazy to move up to 135.Last edited by paulf; 12-21-2023, 05:57 PM.

So the talks about him going to 135 is ludicrous

Rafael Espinoza is 6’1 and just beat Robeisy at 126 Ibs. Therefore he should move to 175 to fight Benavidez because they are the same height … Amiright?

There's a whole generation of P4P level fighters for Tank to fight at 135/140
Hell, Shakur, Devin, Teo, & Loma are ALL on P4P lists currently.
He's the cash cow of American boxing & could fight any of them if he truly wanted to.

great fighters can overcome a few lbs difference in weight, look at pacquiao he did okay fighting people who were naturally heavier

Inoue should tell Tank he’ll fight him at a catchweight, with a rehydration clause.
