Taylor's time has passed. No one can rule forever. He might beat 2nd tier but I don't see him beating Haney, Matias, and maybe Russell, Paro, and Hitchins may be too tough for him at his age. He has clearly lost a step or two.

Josh Taylor just isn't in an ideal position to demand a title shot against Haney. Two poor performances in a row have damaged Taylor's stock; he needs get a credible win in the bank before asking for a title shot.

Stylistically this is actually a good fight .

And taylor may have outgrown 140 and was dropping to much weight .


Haney Has earned money fights.
Do a catchweight of 144 and do it in atlantic city with a solid undercard.

But id like to see taylor vs thurman and haney vs lopez or mathias as well
