Captain hook needs to improve his hooks, mainly his accuracy. Some foot work and body movement would also help. And he better not show boat to much against Bhop, or he will get caught.

I love Roy but in my opinion he needs to improve his defense he doent have those cat reflexes like he did when he was younger so he shouldnt be in the ring with his hands down so much

He needs to improve everything; he should train like he did for the Ruiz fight, he was so focused for that fight, he was in supreme shape and look at how it turned out.

B-Hop is fantasic for his age and will be SO devoted to this fight, being able to get a win over Roy after all these years. Roy has better train like never before for this.

Keep training with his Dad and Coach Merc at the same time. Do less showboating. Keep up with the combinations and flurries. Stay off the ropes, goto the body to set more things up stairs like he used to do.

True, it's possible that Jones could lose to Green and consequently the Hopkins rematch may never happen, which would be a real shame.

                  Staying off the ropes!!!

Even in his prime Roy has always gravitated towards the ropes, but he could get away with it because of his ridiculous athleticism. Now he can't, and if he spends much time on the ropes against Hopkins it will end badly for RJ. He needs to keep this in the center of the ring and use his hand speed.
