pfp lists are all subjective, but most of them (and i mean MOST) by these youtubers and analysts are compiled of their favorite fighters. I've had to explain to a few online that, you have a guy that moved up and beat a Cuadras at 115, then beat the #2 guy in the division in Rungvisai. After that, he moved back down and beat the TOP GUY there. If that doesn't make him one of the best fighters in the world, then WTF is the criteria.

It doesn't matter as it relates to rating him among the best of the best among all weight classes. It was a very good performance though.
