Damn Cesar is always pulling this stuff right after he had a few good fights and got attention there is always a visa a problem of some kind when he changes his mind on a fight. Fight fans will survive without him. Anyhow "the Ghost " i thought he was dead or at least done with boxing by this point. 40 going on 49 another ............

Once more does Julio Cesar Martinez rob the fans from a good fight, really hate how inconsistent this guy is.

Not again! This blokes a complete joke & needs to be confronted by the WBC. Surely a visa is sorted out months in advance, not the week of the fight. This is totally unprofessional. It's bad enough that he bottled out against Sunny Edwards now he's bottling out to contenders!

Julio Cesar Martinez can’t seem to get in the ring and actually fight. What’s going on with him?
