I'm glad Espinoza won too, he was unknown, got his shot, faced some adversity, fought is heart out and is now rightfully called champion. He made a new fan here and I am sure many others feel the same.

and for people comparing a guy crying to a gurney trip…come on. It’s not the same.
It isn't but ESPN just aren't about to let fighters have their dignity. All I'm saying.

        Dignity?

It’s called a gladiator sport for a reason.

        These are MEN.

If they can’t handle being filmed, do a Broner and run out of the arena so you can’t be.

Yeah, man. I thought he was done in the fifth but he survived and never gave up and never went into a shell. Solid performance from beginning to end. When he got the knockdown in the twelfth, I knew he won it for me. Wasn't sure about the judges but they got it right.

That's the way I see it. If they cry or break down in the ring or at the press conference, okay. There's nothing they can do about that but when the fighter goes to the back to deal with what just happened, the cameras should not follow them. When I leave work, I don't want my boss following me home. It's sick and weird.

The quality of sports declined, so they focus on drama to hype things up.

                Weird times, to live in.

Do I agree with it ?
                  No
Are they still at work ?
                  Yes
                  Unfortunate ?
                  Definitely
This is the next step in boxing , kind of the all access shows or the face to face
They trash talk and get very personal , to the point where they mention sparring ( which used to be an unwritten rule ) or personal problems which in the past were not mentioned
Honestly speaking , it ain’t worse than social media where all this chit began with fighters sorting others dirty laundry
Doesn’t float my boat especially when the fighter is hurt , as the time when they followed the guy to the ambulance
My thinking is it comes with the territory , they show someone celebrating back stage after a brutal knockout so why not show a fighter and his emotions after a loss
Promoters need to drum up some chit as the sport is suffering of some sort

I always felt the post fight locker room added to the production. Lets you see exactly how the boxer and those closest to them react in real time.

I think it’s fine to show their emotions, but I can see how some see it as an invasion or too much,

That's why boxers shouldn't bring their wives or girlfriends, kids, and family to their fights, I wouldn't want them at my place of work if I was in their shoes.

Did you see Spence's mom watching her son get the beating of a lifetime? She was freaking out, having panic attacks, and at one point, I thought she was going to faint and collapse on the floor.
