Is Shane Mosley a HOF?

What the people that accuse Mosley of juicing fail to realize is he has never tested positive before a fight ever. Roy and Toney have both tested positive for banned substances so by the logic that juicers shouldn't be in the HOF I guess RJJ and Toney can never be eligible. Am I right?

Toney tested positive for a banned substance.... Roy's blood level was just slightly higher in one area... They never deemed it necessary to penalise him for that.

To say "what people fail to realise is he's never tested positive..." is ******. Seriously, have you any clue about the Mosley scandal? The drug company developed something that couldn't be traced. Thats the point. It's now known that Mosley in fact took them.

duh, he may not have done anything at lw (arguable), but he took on the best of his generation in his prime and has some very good wins.
