Tszyu...not because he is scared or ducking Tszyu, but simply because I honestly do not see Jermell ever fighting back in 154 again outside of a money grab against Crawford. He will sit around his millions he made for running from Canelo until late next year then fight a random catchweight BS if he doesn't get Bud.
